Last night I made one of my all time favorites, spaghetti squash!
This time I cut it in half, scraped out the seeds, then baked it for 45 minutes. I think this way is much easier/cleaner if you have a good knife, or a strong boyfriend.
topped with spaghetti sauce, daiya mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil
annnnnd for dessert!!!

sweetened with agave nectar….mmmm!
Served up with some non-dairy vanilla ice cream
no animals harmed in the making of this meal : )





Oooh yum, I bet that tasted amazing. I am currently obsessed with adding maple syrup to my soy vanilla ice cream- I suggest you try it haha, in my head I already added it to your dish!
