saturday slump

today i woke up and had some oat bran, almond milk, agave nectar, brown sugar mix-my new favorite breakfast. i didn’t sleep much last night. i have a lot on my mind. i did some yoga in hopes of clearing my mind. i did lots of downward facing dogs, upward facing dogs, pigeon, sun salutations. i even tried a one-legged upward bow pose.


and then i tried doing headstands! (with the back of the couch as support because i haven’t done a headstand in probably 2 years) they are supposed to cure all. i still don’t feel any better.

it’s almost 5:00 and i don’t know where the day went. i took all 3 dogs a walk-quite a feat and not something i enjoy, but they’ve been cooped up inside all day and i felt bad for them. i guess i will go eat some soup, maybe have a glass of wine, and watch some sex and the city. After all, computers crash, people die, relationships fall apart. The best we can do is breathe and reboot.
