Spaghetti squash, my favorite squash in the whole world!
aka winter squash (actually grown in the summer?!)
I could eat it every day.
Baked in the oven for an hour and topped with spaghetti sauce, italian herbs, chopped olives, and a sprinkle of mozzarella (I wanted parm or something sharper, but that’s the only cheese I had).
Olive update:
Still scared to go in the bedrooms, those darn scary wood floors.
Maybe I should buy her some slippers?
