(less than) 30 minute meal

I have been really MIA from the blog world lately.

I’m a working girl now, trying to balance everything and still get caught up on laundry and unpacking from vaca. One of these days I will upload all of my vaca pics!

Until then…

Tempeh.

sliced into strips

and marinated in TJ’s soyaki for ~10 minutes.


pan-fried over medium heat, served along side some harvest grains (couscous, orzo, baby garbanzo beans, and red quinoa)

    Where do you find all these veggie foods?? lol I’ve never even heard of tempeh

    • I bought this tempeh at Trader Joe’s but they sell it at Kroger and most other grocery stores. It’s in the refrigerated section by the soy milk and organic yogurt usually : )
