Last night I made one of my all time favorites, spaghetti squash!
topped with spaghetti sauce, daiya mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil
annnnnd for dessert!!!
blackberry peach cobbler, inspired by katie, a desire for fresh fruit and dessert, and a reason to use my vegan/sugar free cookbook!
Served up with some non-dairy vanilla ice cream
no animals harmed in the making of this meal : )
